Terms and Conditions of use.

By accessing, browsing, registering, logging in, using the store, submitting quote requests, or using any feature of the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the current Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

The CSE Industrial platform is intended to enable:

• Browsing products, accessories, and materials
• User account registration and management
• Submitting and tracking quote requests
• Accessing client portal features, when applicable
• Interacting with commercial and technical information, support, and content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not constitute an online purchase system with immediate payment, automated checkout, or automatic order acceptance.

To access certain features, the user must create an account or log in with valid credentials.

• Information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date
• The user is responsible for the use of their account and password
• Sharing credentials with third parties without express authorization is not permitted
• CSE Industrial may suspend or limit accounts in case of misuse, suspicious activity, breach of these terms, or security reasons

The platform may include different account types, including store users, client users, and internal users. Each account type may have different levels of access, visibility, and permissions.

CSE Industrial may assign, modify, limit, or revoke access permissions in accordance with its internal policies, commercial agreements, operational needs, or security measures.

The catalog may include products, descriptions, images, brands, datasheets, reference prices, estimated availability, and other commercial or technical information.

Although CSE Industrial strives to keep information useful and up to date, certain elements may change without notice, such as availability, specifications, compatibility, delivery times, brands, configuration, visuals, or technical documentation.

Images are shown for illustrative purposes, unless expressly stated that they correspond to the exact product offered.

The platform is oriented toward a quote request model. Therefore:

• Not every product displayed implies a binding final offer for immediate sale
• Prices shown, when available, may be informational or referential
• A request submitted by the user does not constitute automatic acceptance by CSE Industrial
• Any commercial transaction may require additional validation, technical review, availability confirmation, specific conditions, and express acceptance

The issuance of a quote, commercial confirmation, or equivalent document shall be the means by which the particular terms applicable to a specific transaction are defined, if applicable.

The user may submit quote requests for one or more products, providing the information required for processing.

• The user must provide truthful and sufficient information
• CSE Industrial may contact the user to expand information, validate needs, or confirm data
• Quotes issued may have validity periods, restrictions, and specific conditions
• CSE Industrial may reject or decline requests with incomplete, inconsistent, or irrelevant information

The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Using false information or impersonating identities
• Attempting to breach the security, integrity, or availability of the system
• Accessing unauthorized information or features
• Using scripts, bots, or unauthorized automation
• Uploading malicious, harmful files, or files that infringe third-party rights
• Using the site for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

CSE Industrial will endeavor to keep the platform available and functional; however, it does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation at all times. The platform may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, third-party providers, or causes beyond CSE Industrial's reasonable control.

Unless otherwise indicated, site and portal content, including text, structure, design, databases, trademarks, logos, documents, developments, images, and materials published by CSE Industrial, are the property of CSE Industrial or are legitimately used under authorization from their owners.

Access to the platform does not imply assignment, general license, or authorization to reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or reuse such content beyond the permitted use of the service.

When the user uploads files, notes, specifications, documents, or any information to the platform, they declare that they have the necessary rights, authorizations, or authority to provide them, and that their content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable legal provisions.

The user retains responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information they submit.

The processing of personal data is governed by CSE Industrial's current Privacy Notice, available in the corresponding section of the site. By using the platform, the user acknowledges having had access to said notice.

CSE Industrial treats the information you and your company share through the platform as confidential and applies reasonable security measures to protect it:

• Connections to the platform are encrypted (HTTPS) and information is stored encrypted at rest
• Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel, with two-step authentication and access logs
• Your quotes, technical documents, pricing, and plant data are treated as confidential information
• We do not disclose your information to other clients or use it for competitive purposes
• We can sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before receiving sensitive information about your operation

The processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Notice. No security measure is infallible, but we work continuously to protect the information and, in the event of any incident affecting it, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CSE Industrial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or derivative damages arising from the use of the platform, connectivity failures, misuse by the user, errors in information provided by the user, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing herein shall be construed as an exclusion of liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

CSE Industrial may modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Current versions will be published in this same section of the site. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the use of the platform, the parties shall submit to the competent authorities and courts as applicable under law, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
