Sources identified, backed measurements, and reports that match the operation.
Boilers, ovens, heaters, paint booths, solvent processes: if your plant emits to the atmosphere, there are obligations — a source inventory, periodic measurements, operating logs and reports. And the figures you report (for example in the COA) must match what the operation actually records.
We build the fixed-source inventory, define which measurements apply, coordinate testing with accredited providers and leave a complete file: interpreted results, up-to-date logs and open items closed with evidence.
Combustion and process equipment that emits, with its characteristics and stacks.
Which measurements, frequencies and limits apply per asset and jurisdiction.
Coordination of combustion gases and other parameters with accredited providers.
Records that back up what gets reported.
Emissions data aligned with the COA and other submitted reports.
Findings with an action plan and documented closure criteria.
Support for testing/reporting and documented corrective actions.
2–6 weeks (vendor-dependent)
No noise: three verifiable phases. Deliverables defined before starting.
Operation + evidence + gaps prioritized by impact and urgency.
Structure, versions, records, full evidence index.
Open items closed by criteria. Package audit-ready.
Stationary equipment that emits to the atmosphere: boilers, ovens, heaters, generators, paint booths and solvent processes, among others. The inventory defines which ones carry obligations.
Combustion equipment usually requires periodic evaluation depending on its capacity and the applicable regulations. We determine it in the inventory and leave you the frequencies per asset.
We coordinate the tests with accredited providers and labs, supervise the measurement windows, and interpret the results against the applicable limits.
The COA reports your annual emissions; the measurements and logs are its backing. We align both so what's reported matches the evidence — it's one of the first things an inspection checks.
Typically 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the testing provider's schedule and site access.
